8-K: Exelon COO Mike Innocenzo to depart in 2027; CFO Jeanne Jones shifts to EVP Finance and Strategy

Exelon announced leadership changes effective Oct. 5, with CFO Jeanne Jones becoming Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategy and Robert Kleczynski, currently SVP, Corporate Controller, Tax, and Principal Accounting Officer, becoming Chief Financial Officer reporting to Jones. Mike Innocenzo, Chief Operating Officer and Interim President and CEO of PECO, will depart in 2027 after joining PECO full-time in 1988. Josh Levin, ComEd CFO, becomes SVP of Finance at Exelon effective Jan. 1, 2027, and Andrew Plenge becomes ComEd CFO on the same date.
