What changed
Both doses of SPY072 showed statistically significant benefits versus placebo on one or more endpoints in the Phase 2 SKYWAY RA sub-study. Low Dose improved DAS28-CRP to -1.9 versus -1.3 for placebo, and ACR20 was 63% for High Dose and 58% for Low Dose versus 43% for placebo. Adverse event rates were 27% for active arms versus 36% for placebo. Spyre will not prioritize SPY072 monotherapy in RA; PsA and axSpA topline data remain on track for Q4 2026.
