Align Technology appointed Quentin Blackford, President and CEO of iRhythm Technologies, to its Board of Directors effective immediately. The Board increased its size to 11 directors. Andrea Saia will retire effective September 23, 2026, after serving since 2013, after which the Board will return to ten directors. Blackford will be included in Align’s slate of director nominees for the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
