EVI Industries completed its acquisition of Miami-based Sudsies, Inc. and established a new consumer garment care services division, its first expansion beyond commercial laundry since 2016. Sudsies is the 33rd business to join EVI. EVI reported nearly $435 million of revenue for the twelve months ended March 31, 2026, up from approximately $36 million in 2016, a compound annual growth rate of approximately 29%. Management expects the transaction to be accretive to earnings for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
