8-K: Navient affiliate to bid SOFR + 1.50% on all outstanding Class A-6C notes

An affiliate of Navient Funding, LLC intends to submit buy bids for all outstanding Class A-6C Notes it does not currently hold at SOFR + 1.50% per annum in the August 21, 2026 auction. The affiliate already holds $27,700,000 of the Class A-6C Notes and all $28,550,000 of the issued and outstanding Class A-6B Notes. Hold Orders are planned for both classes in the upcoming August 19 and August 21, 2026 auctions.
