News Corporation disclosed a buy-back program authorizing the repurchase of up to an aggregate of US$1 billion of its Nasdaq-listed Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The program was authorized as of July 15, 2025. Repurchases will occur from time to time in the open market or otherwise, subject to market conditions and stock price. No ASX-listed CDIs will be repurchased under this program.
