Associated Banc-Corp announced Angela M.W. Kelley, 45, will become executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary effective October 13, 2026. She succeeds Randall J. Erickson, 67, who is retiring after more than 14 years in the role and will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026. Kelley most recently served as CEO of Diversity Lab/Talent Multipliers and previously held general counsel roles at PacWest Bancorp and NBT Bancorp. Associated Banc-Corp has total assets of $52 billion.
