News Corporation has authorized a repurchase program for up to an aggregate of US$1 billion of its Nasdaq-listed Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The 2025 Repurchase Program, authorized as of July 15, 2025, allows for purchases from time to time in the open market or otherwise, subject to market conditions. No ASX-listed CDIs will be repurchased under this program.
