Effective Oct. 1, 2026, Billal Hammoud becomes President and CEO of Process Technology, part of the Process Automation Technology reportable business segment, succeeding Ken West, who departs Aug. 31, 2026. Juan Picon, President of Building Automation Americas, will succeed Hammoud as President and CEO of Building Automation. Hammoud led Building Automation to annual organic growth of 8% in 2025, up from 2% in 2023, and seven consecutive quarters of high-single-digit organic growth. Both leaders report to Chairman and CEO Vimal Kapur.
