Glacier Bancorp appointed Byron Pollan as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Glacier Bank, effective September 1, 2026. Pollan will succeed Ron Copher as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer upon Copher’s retirement planned for mid-2027. Pollan has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer since January 2017 and brings 27 years of banking and financial services experience. Copher will remain in an advisory role to support the transition.
