Korn Ferry completed its acquisition of UK-headquartered AMS from OMERS Private Equity on Sept. 1, 2026. At closing, Korn Ferry paid approximately 473 million pounds and $326 million in cash, covering seller consideration, repayment of AMS indebtedness, and other AMS transaction obligations. Korn Ferry also issued 3,118,628 shares of common stock to the sellers. The combined firm has nearly 17,000 colleagues in more than 130 offices globally.
