What changed
The Phase 2b LUMUS trial of envudeucitinib in moderate-to-severe systemic lupus erythematosus did not meet its primary or secondary endpoints in the overall trial population. A prespecified subgroup of patients with high interferon gene signature showed robust responses on BICLA, CLASI-50, SRI-4, and LLDAS. Envudeucitinib was generally well tolerated with no new safety signals. Alumis remains on track to submit an NDA for envudeucitinib in moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in 4Q 2026.
