World Omni Financial Corp. entered into a receivables purchase agreement dated August 26, 2026 to sell auto receivables to World Omni Auto Receivables LLC, which will transfer them to World Omni Auto Receivables Trust 2026-C. The trust will issue $206,000,000 Class A-1 3.908% notes, $286,000,000 Class A-2a 4.27% notes, $75,000,000 Class A-2b floating rate notes, $329,000,000 Class A-3 4.60% notes, $69,580,000 Class A-4 4.68% notes, $30,330,000 Class B 4.80% notes, and $15,170,000 Class C 4.95% notes. The notes are secured by the receivables.
