Karman Space & Defense said Chris Boynton will join as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on September 14, succeeding Mike Willis, who will depart after a phased transition by year-end. Boynton was CFO of Battelle since 2023 and previously CFO of Raytheon Missiles & Defense. The change follows Karman’s February 2025 IPO and 18 months as a public company.
