What changed
Akeso reported that ivonescimab monotherapy achieved a statistically significant overall survival improvement versus pembrolizumab monotherapy in PD-L1-positive advanced NSCLC in the Phase III HARMONi-2 study conducted in China. The primary analysis previously showed a progression-free survival hazard ratio of 0.51 (95% CI: 0.38, 0.69; p<0.0001). Ivonescimab remains investigational in Summit’s license territories, including the United States and Europe.
