Jessica Fischer will step down as Charter Communications Chief Financial Officer on October 15, 2026, to relocate for another professional opportunity. Kevin Howard, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer & Controller, becomes interim CFO effective October 15. Charter said it has not changed any of its previously provided financial outlook or financial policy.
