What changed
Akeso reported positive topline results from the Phase III HARMONi-GI1 study in China evaluating ivonescimab plus chemotherapy versus durvalumab plus chemotherapy in first-line advanced biliary tract cancer. At a pre-specified interim analysis, the ivonescimab regimen achieved statistically significant and clinically meaningful superiority in overall survival, the primary endpoint. The study also met key secondary endpoints of progression-free survival and objective response rate. Detailed results are expected at an upcoming medical congress.
