Kate Gutmann, EVP and President of International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions, will retire for personal family reasons and serve as strategic advisor through March 2027. Wilfredo Ramos will succeed her as EVP and Chief International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions Officer. Nando Cesarone becomes EVP and Chief Global Operations Officer, and Matt Guffey becomes EVP and Chief U.S. Domestic Officer. UPS is also creating an EVP and Chief Global Commercial Strategy Officer role, with a search underway.
