AEVEX completed its acquisition of BlackSea Technologies, now operating as AEVEX’s Maritime Systems division under former BlackSea CEO Bob Pudney. BlackSea has delivered more than 350 unmanned surface vessels and has 25,000+ operational hours, with Baltimore manufacturing capacity of approximately 40 USVs per month. The combined company reports more than 10,000 systems delivered and committed through 2026, supported by 114% year-over-year production volume growth in Q2.
