WM announced that CEO Jim Fish plans to retire and resign from the Board after more than a decade in those roles and more than 25 years with the company. President John Morris will become President and CEO effective Jan. 4, 2027, and will join the Board at that time. Fish has served as CEO since 2016. Morris has held roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Senior Vice President of Field Operations.
