Elastic nominated Julia Liuson, former President of Microsoft’s Developer Division, to its Board of Directors, with a shareholder vote set for the October 2026 annual general meeting. Liuson brings more than three decades of experience across AI, developer platforms, and enterprise technology, including leadership over GitHub and GitHub Copilot. Upon election, she would also join the Compensation Committee. Separately, director Caryn Marooney notified the board she will not stand for re-appointment.
