Exelon announced executive leadership changes effective Oct. 5, 2026. Jeanne Jones, currently Chief Financial Officer, will become Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategy, reporting to President and CEO Calvin Butler. Robert Kleczynski, currently Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, Tax, and Principal Accounting Officer, will become Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Jones. Mike Innocenzo, Chief Operating Officer and Interim President and CEO of PECO, will depart the company in 2027.
