$MOS (MOSAIC) — 8-K: Mosaic accepts $871M of tendered notes in debt buyback

Mosaic will purchase $395,103,000 of 4.050% Senior Notes due 2027, $38,931,000 of 7.30% Debentures due 2028, $275,878,000 of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2028, and $161,074,000 of 4.350% Senior Notes due 2029. The 2029 Notes were subject to a $160,000,000 series cap and a 2% increase, resulting in a proration factor of approximately 37.78%. Settlement is scheduled for August 18, 2026, with accepted holders also receiving an accrued coupon payment.
