What changed
EXL closed a five-year senior secured credit facility allowing borrowings of up to $1 billion, increasing capacity from the previous $600 million limit. The agreement includes a $400 million term loan and permits revolver borrowings of up to $600 million, with an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA. The facility expires August 18, 2031. EXL said the expanded debt capacity supports targeted M&A and continued capital returns under its $500 million share repurchase authorization.
