CatalystS-1 Filing

GlucoTrack ($GCTK) just filed for IPO. The Rutherford, NJ medtech is developing an implantable Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor — sensor lead in the subclavian vein, 3-year life, no on-body wearable.

The clinical story is the pitch: first-in-human results reported at ADA 2025 showed a MARD of 7.7% across 122 matched pairs, 99% data capture, and no device- or procedure-related serious adverse events. Device is still investigational. The risk section is blunt. It's impossible to predict how many shares actually get sold to Sixth Borough or what gross proceeds look like, since the purchase price floats with the market. And the filing warns investors could lose their entire investment. Use of proceeds wasn't detailed in the filing data available. What we do know: ethical approval is in hand and a long-term early feasibility study is planned for Q3 2025. Bottom line: a compelling early clinical signal in a space that badly needs non-wearable options, but this is pre-commercial, investigational, and priced at the market's mercy. Size accordingly.
